298 The West Bengal Thika Tenancy (Acquisition and Regulation) Act, 2001. XXXII of 2001.1 (Chapter 1V.—Miscellaneous and supplemental provisions.—Sections 13-15.) (2) Subject to provisions of this Act and rules made thereunder, any order passed by the Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal may, in the manner prescribed, be reviewed by the said Tribunal on account of some mistake or error apparent on the face of the record or for any other sufficient cause of like nature.
