(1) An Endowment Fund will be set up by the Univesity through a fixed deposit of Rupees ten crore in a nationalized bank which will be kept as reserve fund for the development of the University. (2) A security fund will be pledged in the name of the Director of Public Instructions, on behalf of the State Government in the Department of Higher Education through a fixed deposit of Rupees one crore in a nationalized bank to be kept as security deposit.
