(1) Any person aggrieved by an order of the Collector under sub-section (2) of section 30 may within thirty days from the date of such order and on payment of the prescribed fee, prefer an appeal in the prescribed manner to the Board of Revenue, West Bengal. (2) The decision of the Board of Revenue, West Bengal, on such appeal shall be final.
