The Chief Engineer shall submit to the State Government half- yearly and annual reports in the months of November and May, respectively, in such forms as may be prescribed, stating— (a) the total number of irrigation projects and their particulars; (b) the total number of notified areas served by the irrigation projects; and (c) progress of development achieved in every notified area during the period under review in terms of— (i) net area covered by the irrigation, (ii) installed capacity, and (iii) capacity utilised.
