(1) The Project Authority may, from time to time, add to or alter in the prescribed manner any statement published under section 8 or republished under sub-section (1) of section 10. In such case the Project Authority shall publish in the prescribed form and manner a supplementary statement showing the addition or alteration made by Preparation and publica- tion of annual statement of persons and amount of rates payable by them.
