(c) have been sold, or used in the execution of works contract within six months of its entry into such local area and due tax under the West Bengal Sales Tax Act, 1994, has been paid under that Act, and where the prescribed authority is satisfied about the correctness and bonafide of such ground. the prescribed authority shall, ordinarily within ninety days from the date of making of such application by such person, make refund of such security or part thereof, as the case may be, to such person.
