- S. 1This Act may be called the West Bengal State Laws Short; titio
- S. 2(1) The Acts specified in the Schedule are hereby Extension extended to, and shall be in force in, Cooch Behar
- S. 3Repeals existing laws in Cooch Behar corresponding to specified acts in West Bengal upon the Act's commencement.
- S. 4(1) The repeal by section 3 of any corresponding law Savings
- S. 5Section allows courts or authorities to adapt specified acts for application in Cooch Behar without changing the substance.
