(1) The Council shall constitute— (a) a Board of Studies for engineering, technology, agriculture, dairy and poultry, paramedical, social science, applied arts and crafts and such other disciplines as the Council may consider necessary; (b) a Board of Examinations to look after, and manage, all matters relating to examinations of vocational courses in engineering, technology, agriculture, dairy and poultry, paramedical, social science, applied arts and crafts and such other disciplines as the Council may require, and shall arrange for publication of results of such examinations; (c) a Recognition Committee to grant or refuse recognition to Institutions, and to withdraw such recognition, in accordance with such regulation as may be made in this behalf. (2) The Council may, if it considers necessary, establish such other committees as it may think fit. (3) The Board of Studies shall advise the Council on academic matters, including norms, standards, curricula, facilities, and structure of courses of studies, falling in its area of concern. (4) The constitution, powers, functions, and area of concern of the Board of Studies shall be 1 such as the Council may provide by regulations.
