(1) The State Government may cause inspection or enquiry into the affairs of the Council in relation to its academic, administrative and financial business as and when it is considered necessary. (2) In every case, the State Government shall give notice to the Council of its intention of such inspection or enquiry and the Council shall be entitled to be represented thereat.
