Whoever— neglect or refusal to (a) refuses or neglects to produce for inspection under produce section 15, any weight or , measure or weighing weight or instrument or measuring instrument or any doeu- nleileare, etc., for ment or record relating thereto in his possession inspection. or on his premises, or (b) refuses to permit an Inspector to inspect and verify any such weight, measure, or instrument, or (c) obstructs the entry of an Inspector under section 15, or (d) otherwise obstructs or hinders an Inspector in the performance of his duties under this Act, shall be punishable with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees. the f(est Bengal Standards of Weights and Measures 11 (Enforcement) Act, 19M.
