(1) The State Government may, by notification, make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing provisions of sub-section (I), such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters: (a) the terms and conditions of the service of Chairperson and other members of the Commission under sub-section (6) of section 4; (b) the terms and conditions of service of the Secretary-cum-Controller of Examinations of the Commission under clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 5; (c) any other matter which may be or is required to be prescribed. (3) Every rule made under this section shall, as soon as may be after it is made, be laid before the State Legislature. Effect of recommendations of Commission. Fees.
