(1) There shall be as many Faculty Councils for Post-graduate and Undergraduate Studies in the University as the Governing Body may decide from time to time. (2) Each Faculty Council for Post-graduate and Undergraduate Studies shall have a Secretary who shall be a member of the Faculty Council and to be nominated by the Pro-Vice-Chancellor. (3) One-third of the total number of members of a Faculty Council for Post- graduate and Undergraduate Studies present shall be a quorum for a meeting of the Faculty Council.
