- S. 1This Act may be called the Sri Ramkrishna Sarada Vidya Short title
- S. 2In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,— Definitions
- S. 3Section 3 of the Sri Ramkrishna Sarada Vidya Mahapitha Act, 1973, allows the State Government to take over and manage the institution and its assets.
- S. 6Section 6 appoints an Administrator for managing the institution, preferably a Deputy Collector or a lecturer with at least five years' experience.
- S. 7The section allows the State Government to issue necessary orders to resolve any issues implementing the Act.
- S. 8(1) The State Government may make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act
