In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "court" means the court of the district Judge, 24-Parganas; (b) "the Hospital" means the Sree Balaram Seva Mandir at Khardah in the district of 24-Parganas, together with all lands, buildings, erections and fixtures appertaining thereto and all furniture, equipments, stores and drugs and other properties used in connection with or as accessories to or adjuncts of the said Sree Balaram Seva Mandir, which immediately before the date on which this Act comes into force vested in the Sree Balaram Swasthaseva Sangha, Khardah, 24-Parganas, a society registered under the 21 of 1860.
