The Registrar shall not accept any memorandum for n,cgula. registration of a society unless it is accompanied by a copy twits. of its regulations providing, amongst other things, for the following matters, namely : — (a) the composition of the Governing Body and the manner of election or appointment and resigna- tion or removal and the term of office of the members of the Governing Body, the President, the Secretary and other officers; tion.
