(1) There shall be a Regulatory Committee to be constituted by the State Government for the purpose of monitoring and regulating the working of the University in such manner as may be prescribed. (2) The powers and functions of the Regulatory Committee shall be such as may be prescribed by the State Government. (3) The recommendation of the Regulatory Committee shall be binding on the University.
