A person shall not be qualified for being elected a Councillor General qualifica- or Alderman, if he— lions for (a) is not entitled to vote at the election for any constituency being elected of the Corporation; or Councillor or (b) is under twenty-one years of age; or Alderman. (c) is an officer or employee of the Corporation; or (d) has any share or interest, direct or indirect, in any contract or employment with, by or on behalf of, the Corporation; or has not paid any sum certified by the auditors to be due from him.
