An appeal by any person aggrieved by any entry, in, or ommission from, the electoral roll or by any order or decision of the election authority shall, in accordance with such procedure as may be prescribed, lie to such appellate authority as the State Government may, by notification, appoint: Provided that this provision shall not apply to a case where the, electoral roll for election of members to the West Bengal Legislative Assembly has been adopted as the electoral roll for the Corporation.
