(1) Every licence, written permission, notice, bill, summons or Signature on other document which is required by the Act or the rules or the regulations notices, etc., to be made thereunder to bear the signature of the Chief Executive Officer or stamped. any other officer of the Corporation, shall be deemed to be properly signed if it bears a facsimile of the signature of the Chief Executive Officer or such officer as the case may be stamped thereupon. (2) Nothing in sub-section (1) shall be deemed to apply to a cheque drawn upon the Municipal Fund.
