(1) No person shall tether any animal or cause or permit any animal to be tethered or strayed in any public street or other public place. (2) No person shall milk or cause or permit to be milked any cow or buffalo or other animal in any street or other public place. (3) Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, the Chief Executive Officer may cause to be removed or impounded any animal tethered or being milked or found straying in any street or other public place.
