(1) The Corporation may grant license to a private individual or organisation for maintenance and regulation of use of public toilets and urinals constructed by it and on such terms and conditions as may be determined by regulations. (2) Such licensee shall be entitled to recover from the users such fee for the use of the public toilets and urinals as may be determined by regulations. Placing or carrying any pipe, etc. over, under or across any immovable property. Placing and maintenance of aqueducts, etc. over, under or across any immovable property.
