(1) after thc words "the District Magislnte", the words "and [he Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrare" shall be inserfed; (2) he following proviso shall be added, namely:- "Provided that ia a case tried by [he City Sessions Court cslablished For the presidency town of Calculra, thc Court shall forward sucficopy ro thechief Presidency Magistrate.".
