In section 88,- (1) in sub-scclion (21,- (a) after che words "District Magisuate", the words ", Sub. divisional Judicial Magislnle" shall be inserted; (b) for~he words "wilhin whosedistrict", the words "wirhin whose jurisdiction" shall be substi[uled; (2) in sub-seclion (6B), after Ihc words "District Magistrate", [he words ", Sub-divisional Judicial Magishate" shall be insened; (3) for the proviso 10 sub-sec~on (6C), thc following proviso shall be substituted, namely:- "Provided that if it is preferred or made in h e Court of a District Magistrate ora Sub-divisional Judicial Magismtc or the Chief Presidency Magistrate, such District Magisuate, Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate or Chief Presidency Magistrate may make it over Tor disposal 10 any Magistrate subordinale 10 him, and such Magishate shall have all h e powers and jurisdiction in respec[ or such claim or objection as if lheorderof attachrnenrhad been issued by such Magistrate and the claim or objection had been original ty preferred or made before him.".
