In Schedule 11, in column 8,- (1) for the word "Magisrate", wherever it occurs except in the expression "Presidency Magistrate", the words "Judicial Magistr~te", and for the words "Any Magistrate", wherever they occur, the words "Any Judicial Magistra~e" shall be substimled: - rile Wesr Betigal Sepamtiotr of Jrrdicial and ELrecutive F~ulcrions Act. 1970. West Ben. Act (Sclredr~le.) (2) for h e entry against section 124A, the following enhy shall be subslimled, namely:- "Court of Session, Chief Presidency Magistrate or Sub- divisional Judicial Magistrate or Judicial Magistrate of the first class specially empowered by the State govern men^ in this behalf in consullalion with the High Court."; (3) in e n 4 relating to sec~ion 376, for the words "Dislrict Magismre", the words "Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate" shall be subslimled.
