In the proviso to sub-section (1) of section 562,- (1) for the words "aMagislraten, whereverthey occur, the words "a JudiciaI Magismre" shall be subslitured; (2) after Ihe words "by rhe Statc Govemmenl", the words ", in consullalion with the High Coun," shall be insened; and (3) for the words "Sub-divisional Magislrale", [he words "Sub- divisional Judicial Magistnte" shall be substituled.
