In sub-section (2) of section 554,- (1) the words, brackets and Ligure "not being a High Courl to which sub-section (1) applies" shall be ornilred; (2) after clause (d), the following clause shall be insened, namely:- "(e) make rules regulating the conuol and supervision of different classes of Magistrales and the control, supervision and inspection of different classes of Courls:".
