In section 518,- (1) in themarginal note, Torrhe words"Dis1riclorSub-divisional Magiswale", rhe words "Sub-divisional Judicial Magiswte" shall be substitu~ed; (2) for the words "Districr Magistrate or to a Sub-divisional Magistnte", [he words "Sub-divisional Judicial Magislrale" shall be substituted. 1 18. In section 524,- (1) in sub-section (I), for the words "Sub-divisjonnl Magismate 01' of a Magismre of -the first class", the words "Sub-divisional Judicial or Executive Magisirale or of a Judicial or Executive Magistale of h e first class" shall be substituted; (2) for sub-seclion (2), the following sub-section shall be substituled, namely:- "(2) In the case of an order passed undcr this section by a Magistrate other than a Presidency Magistrate, an appeal shall lie to the Sessions Judge, and in Ihe case of an order passed under this section by a Presidency Magistrate, UI appeal shall lie ro the High Court.". 1 19.
