In section 505, after sub-section (2). the iollowing sub-seclion shall be added, namely:- "(3) Where hec commission is received by the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Lhe Sub-divisional Judicial Magismre or such other Judicial Magistnte subordinate to him as he may appoinl in !his behalf, may compel he attendance of, andexamine, Ihe witness as if he were a wilness in a case pending before himself.". 1 13. In sub-section (2) of section 512, for the words "any Magislrate", the words "any Judicial Magistrate" shall be substituted. 1 14. In sub-section (1) of section 514, for the words "Magistrate of he €us1 class", the words "Judicial or Executive Magistrale of h e first class" shall be subs~itulrd.
