After section 565, the following Schedule shall be: inserted, namely:- "SCHEDULE I (See section 6A) FUNCTIONS IN RELATION TO DIFFERENT CLASSES OF MAGIS- TRATES (SUBJECT TO SPECIFIC PROVISIONS IN THE CODE). Explanation.-Magistrate does not include a Presidency Magistrate.
