In the proviso to sub-section (1) of section 562,- 0 for the word "Magistrate" wherever it occurs, the words "Judicial Mag istrate" shall be substituted; after the words "State Government", the words "in consultation with the High Court" shall be inserted; and for the words "Sub-divisional Magistrate", the words "Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate" shall be substituted. 6
