In sub-section (1) of section_ 425, for the words "passed by a", the following shall be substituted, namely : — "passed by a Judicial Magistrate other than the Sub- divisional Judicial Magistrate, the certificate shall be sent through the Sub-divisional Judicial Magis- trate and if the finding, sentence or order was recorded or passed by an Executive". 1
