In sub-section (1) of section 186, for the words "District Magistrate, a Sub-divisional Magistrate, or, if he is specially empowered in this behalf by the State Govern- ment, a", the words "Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, or, if he is specially empowered in this behalf by the State Government, in consultation with the High Court, a Judicial'' shall be substituted.
