No suit, prosecution or other proceeding shall lie against the Administrator, or any person or body to whom the Administrator may delegate any of his powers, duties or functions under the proviso to clause (b) of section 4, for anything done in pursuance of or in the execution of thiS Act or done in good faith or in intended execution of this Act.
