When a Supersession Order has been made under section 3, the following consequences shall ensue notwith- standing anything contained in the Act or in any other law : — (a) all the members of the Board, the Executive Council, the Committees and the Sub-Committees, and the President shall vacate their offices; (b) all the powers, duties and functions which, under the provisions of the Act or any rule, by-law or regulation made thereunder or of any law for the time being in force, may be exercised or performed by the Board, the Executive Council or any Com- mittee or Sub-Committee or the President shall, so long as the Supersession Order continues to be in force, be exercised and performed by such person (to be called the Administrator) as may be appointed by the State Government in this behalf : Provided that such Administrator may delegate any of his powers, duties or functions to such other per- son as he may think fit or to such body as may be constituted by him; representatives of the Board on every body (statu- tory or otherwise) shall vacate their offices as such representatives and shall, whatever may be their cumber, be replaced by the Administrator.
