In sub-section (1) ofsection 4 ofthe West Bengal Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes Development and Finance Corporation Act, 2017, after clause (g), the following clause shall be inserted:- "(ga) the Secretary or his representative not below the rank of Joint Secretary, Tribal Development Department, Government of West Bengal, ex officio;".
