(1) The State Government may, by notification in the Official tier. Gazette, establish a Scheduled Castes Development and Finance Corporation for West Bengal. (2) The Corporation shall be a body corporate by the name notified under sub-section (1) and having perpetual succession and a common seal and shall by the said name sue and be sued. Constitution
