In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,— Do (a) "appointed day" means the .date appointed under sub-section (8) of section 1; (b) "the hospital" means the Sagore Duff Hospital at Kamarhatty in the district of 24-Parganas, together with the charitable dispensary attached thereto. •
