[Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] [Assent of the Governor was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 9th September, 1955.] [9th September, 1955.] An Act to provide for the taking over of certain Sadar and ' Subd,ivisional hospitals by the State Government with a view to the better promotion of public health. It is hereby enacted in the Sixth Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows:-
