(1) The State Government shall, by notification published in the Official Gazette, establish an Authority to be called the West Bengal Rural Health Regulatory Authority. (2) The Authority shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal with powers to acquire, hold and dispose of property. movable or immovable and to do all things necessary for the purpose of its functions and continuation and may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
