Any person whose application for enrolment in the State Register of Rural Health Practitioners has been rejected or whose entry in the State Register of Rural Health Practitioners has been denied or prohibited under section 18, or whose name has been removed from the State Register of Rural Health Practitioners may within ninety days of the order rejecting, prohibiting or removing, as the case may be, may prefer an appeal to the State Government and the decision of the State Government thereon shall be final.
