Notwithstanding such repeal, all actions undertaken or initiated under the Bengal Rhinoceros Preservation Act, 1932, shall be deemed to have been validly undertaken or initiated under the Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972 and remaining process, if any shall be executed under the Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972. 53 of 1972.
