(1) The West Bengal Relief of Rural Indebtedness Ordinance, West Ben. savings. 1975, is hereby repealed. Ord. XIX of 1975. (2) Anything done or any action taken under the West Bengal Relief of Rural Indebtedness Ordinance, 1975, shall be deemed to have been validly done or taken under this Act as if this Act were in force on the day on which such thing was done or such action was taken. 222
