West Bengal Act XXV of 1948 THE WEST BENGAL RAW JUTE FUTURES ACT, 1948. [Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] [Assent of the Governor was first published in. the Calcutta, Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 8th October, 1948.] An Act to provide for the prevention of dealing in raw jute futures. WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for the prevention of dealing in raw jute futures; It is hereby enacted as follows :-
