(1) This Act may be called the West Bengal Raw Short title, Jute Futures Act, 1948. extent and commence- (2) It extends to the whole of West Bengal. meat. (3) It shall come into force on the date on which the West Bengal Raw Jute Futures Ordinance, 1948, ceases to operate.
