Where the person committing any offence under any of the provisions of this Act is a company or an asso- ciation or a body of persons whether incorporated or not, every director, manager, secretary, or other officer or person concerned in the management thereof shall, unless he proves that the offence took place without his knowledge or that he exercised all due diligence to prevent the commission of such offence, be deemed to be guilty of such offence.
