(1) The Vidyalaya may, with the approval of the State Govern- ment and by notification published in the Official Gazette, make regulations not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act or the rules made, or the regulations made by the Governing Body, thereunder in respect of all or any of the matters required to be provided for by regulations. (2) The Governing Body may, with the approval of the State Government and by notification published in the Official Gazette, make regulations not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act or the rules, or the regulations made by the Vidyalaya, thereunder in respect of all or any of the matters required to be provided for by regulations.
