Pending enactment of a suitable legislation in the Open School system of education, the Rabindra Mukta Vidyalaya has already been set-up with the approval of the State Planning Board under a constituted Governing Body having appointed a Director-cum-member to contact authorities of different schools in order to get an estimate of the response from the students and preparation of course materials through an expert committee.
