The State Government may, by order in writing and stating the reasons therefor, suspend the execution of any resolution or order of the Vidyalaya or of any Committee constituted under this Act and prohibit the doing of anyactwhich is purported to be done or is intended to be done under this Act, if the State Government is of opinion that such resolution, order or act is in excess of the powers conferred by or under this Act on the Vidyalaya or the Committee, as the case may be.
