(1) The Vidyalaya shall have a Secretary who shall be appointed by the Vidyalaya on such terms and conditions as may be determined by the State Government. (2) The Vidyalaya may appoint such other officers and employees as it may consider necessary for carrying out the purposes of this Act and shall determine, subject to the approval of the State Government, the terms and conditions of such appointment.
