(1) The Chairman may resign his office by giving a notice in writing to the State Govenment, stating his intention so to do, and, on such resignation being accepted by the State Government, the Chairman shall be deemed to have vacated his office. (2) Any other member may resign his office by giving a notice in writing to the Chairman, stating his intention so to do, and, on such resignation being accepted by the Governing Body, such member shall be deemed to have vacated his office.
